Jack Bouchard

Jack Bouchard knows that an injury affects far more than a client’s physical health. He works closely with each client to understand how the injury has disrupted their life, from lost time at work to missed moments with loved ones. Jack brings that understanding to settlement negotiations to make sure insurance companies see every client as an individual, not just a claim number.

Jack joined the Law Offices of Joe Bornstein as a law clerk while attending the University of Maine School of Law. During that time, he demonstrated a strong commitment to advocating for injured Mainers and was hired as an attorney following his admission to the Maine Bar. Prior to law school, Jack spent two years working for a Social Security disability and personal injury attorney in southern Maine.

Growing up in Maine, Jack developed a deep appreciation for both the mountains and the coastline and enjoys spending his winters on the slopes and his summers at the beach. He’s also been known to lose the occasional weekend to a particularly good true-crime series.
